Sew St. Pete custom couture is hand built by chief craftswoman, Lucy.  She draws her inspiration from typical teenager things like Vogue magazine, 

TikTok, her imagination, and her crazy dreams.

Although most of the couture she creates is built from upcycled materials, she praises quality over quantity in every case.

Her goal is to create something both she and the client loves.
